About Jennifer Beckham Ministries
Pain into Purpose. Misery into Ministry. Heartache into Heartbeat. Jennifer Beckham Ministries exists to impact the world with the message of hope, freedom and love through Jesus Christ. The ministry challenges and equips women of all ages to grow their faith beyond inspiration onto a level of true transformation. We understand that each of us has experienced the pain of broken dreams and the sting of reality that prompts us to “get through” life rather than live abundantly. On the outside we offer others a rehearsed smile while on the inside we battle poor self-esteem, shame and feelings of inadequacy. These deep-seated issues follow us into adulthood and slowly chip away at our marriages, our aspirations, and our faith. Tragically they eventually affect the next generation. As mothers, daughters, friends, mentors, wives and sisters, it’s time to dig deeper into the “self-issues” that keep us from experiencing the power, promise and presence of Christ in our everyday lives. It’s time to roll up our sleeves to get beyond ourselves so we can start living out our true destiny and effecting positive change in the world around us!
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)*
Q: What principals are you most passionate about teaching women?
A: I see the patterns of bondage and I ache to guide women to the joy of deliverance through Christ. Think about it — why do we as women clamor for love, value and acceptance despite all that Christ has done for us? Better yet, how do we move beyond simply having feelings for God into a true, founded faith in God? Each of us has experienced the pain of broken dreams and the sting of reality that prompts us to “get through” life rather than live abundantly. On the outside we offer others a rehearsed smile while on the inside we battle poor self-esteem, shame, and feelings of inadequacy. These deep-seated issues follow us into adulthood and slowly chip away at our marriages, our aspirations, and our faith and eventually affect the next generation! I want to encourage women that it’s time to dig deeper — into the “self-issues” that keep us from experiencing the power, promises and presence of Christ in our everyday lives! It’s time to roll up our sleeves to get beyond ourselves so we can start living our true destiny and effecting positive change in the world around us. I want this message to literally equip women of all ages to grow their faith beyond inspiration and experience the power of true transformation!
A: Yes, this ministry is primarily dedicated to women’s ministry. I am exceptionally passionate about ministering God’s truth to women regarding the issues they face. I strive to be transparent and candid about the struggles of my past and create an atmosphere for learning, laughing, crying, reflection, and ultimately healing. Also available, just ask: Princess Themed Events: Because of my unique perspective as a Disney princess and my journey into my true identity as a princess of God, I minister a great deal to younger girls at Princess themed events. I use my “Princess Principles” to connect with the girls and to minister hope and freedom from the lies against our true identity, which is found only in Christ. Sunday Services & Couples Seminars: My husband Anthony and I answered the call more than 13 years ago as itinerant evangelists; we consider it a privilege and a great responsibility to serve and minister from a pastor’s pulpit for a special Sunday service, a Mother’s Day event, a revival service, or a couple’s seminar. Purity Conferences: I thoroughly enjoy leading purity conferences for girls that conclude with a commitment ceremony. I have a natural connection with this generation of young women striving to find their true worth and beauty from within.
A: Each year I speak to thousands of women in hundreds of churches and conferences across the country. I am also invited into more than 200 public schools. So, the range is literally 10 to 110! As women we share the same emotional DNA. Let’s face it — no matter what our age, females are hard-wired to take an emotional approach to just about everything. We often take it personally when we experience pain and disappointment in life, which can trigger struggles with our body image and lead to eating disorders, depression and feelings of low self-worth. If we don’t address the hurt at the core of these “self” issues and transform our minds to God’s view of us, we will carry these issues into our marriages and even transfer them to the next generation.
A: It’s my hope that they discover what is possible when we trade our past for our God-breathed destiny.
A: A portion of my time and travel include going into both public and private schools with my husband Anthony as a motivational speaker and character educator. As part of Anthony’s strength ministry team, Power Unlimited, we speak for organizations such as Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), Title 1, Students Warring Against Tobacco (SWAT), Family Connection, Safe and Drug-Free Schools, and Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA). We conduct “drug-free” assemblies for “Red Ribbon Week” across America and speak on issues such as abstinence, suicide, family hardships, and eating disorders. We encourage students to stay in school, inspire them to exercise self-discipline, teach them how to cope with peer pressure, and ultimately empower them to choose what is right, even in the face of adversity and opposition.
A: My calling and gifting is to help others to get beyond their fears, inhibitions, regrets, failures, and hurts of yesterday so that they can joyfully embrace today and step into their God-given destiny. Some might be startled when I say “Get Over Yourself!” In context, I’m simply declaring what God told me so many years ago when I slipped in to addiction. He literally and very clearly commanded me to get over my “self” issues and trust Him for complete deliverance and healing. I made it out of the pit and now I’m reaching out to help other women who are also stuck. There comes a point when we all need to dig deep, really trust God and get over ourselves so we can fulfill our respective callings. So much of the time we complicate that task but with Christ, we really can accomplish this kind of freedom! I am proof!
A: Of course! Our ministry welcomes partnership in the form of prayer, volunteers and financial support. Please partner with us as we obey the call to reach the world with this message of hope and the love of Jesus Christ. Go to Partners page. Have I seen this ministry on television? It’s very possible. I’ve been blessed and humbled by the doors God has opened and the opportunities he has handpicked to celebrate this ministry. Television appearances include:
A: We would not be here without the organizations that have trusted us to speak for them! We are very grateful to groups such as:
